Changes & Cancellations

You may cancel or make changes to your order at any time by contacting us before dispatching.

In case of a customization order, you may cancel or make changes only before we start production.

We will endeavour to confirm changes or cancellations by email within 24 hours of receipt of your notice. If we agree to cancel your order or part of it, you will receive a full refund of the price you paid and any applicable delivery charges paid. We will process the refund due to you within 30 calendar days of the day on which you gave us notice.
